- Questions are added about any missing skills and behaviours and the skills and attributes desired for the next director appointments
- A Board Skills Matrix Report is provided. It includes the ratings of the importance and representation of each skill and behaviour and the gaps. It also incldues the self-ratings of each director
Preparation of an Executive Summary for the board report (no interviews)
- Analysis of the benchmarked board report and preparation of an Executive Summary.
- Executive Summary to include insights and 3 or 4 main recommendations prepared by an expert Board Advisory Partner
Executive Summary based on 4 interviews and analysis of Benchmarked Report
