We have two versions of our Leadership Team Effectiveness Survey as follows:

  • Our Premium Survey is our most popular and includes 14 survey items selected from the 28 survey items and framework areas
  • Our Extended Survey includes all 28 survey items and framework areas

Both surveys have been built using a special online survey technology that enables all Leadership Team Members to be rated on one specially designed webpage. Leadership Team Members rate each other and rate themselves all on one well-designed webpage. Others, such as directors who know the Leadership Team Members well can also complete the survey which adds further value for the Leadership Team Members.

  • A consolidated unattributed list of the written comments of others concerning the strengths and areas for improvement of each Leadership Team Member.

Additional value add

We also provide a summary sheet showing the average rating of each Leadership Team attribute in order of highest rating to lowest rating. This will assist the board and CEO understand the overall strengths and the areas for the greatest improvement in the Leadership Team as a whole.
