Once you have decided on the survey and options you desire, you can order them from our website or sign off on our bespoke quotation. We will ask you to provide us with important survey details such as the email addresses of survey participants and who should receive the report(s). We will also ask you to confirm your desired survey launch and close dates.
Your job is largely done. The Project Manager and Governance Expert assigned to you will take over.
We manage the distribution and send reminders, keeping you regularly updated through your dedicated Project Manager. We may ask you to assist if one or more of your chosen survey participants is slow to respond.
The Governance Expert assigned to you will conduct interviews and prepare an Executive Summary if you ordered those. We will also prepare your benchmarked reports and any scorecards. We then send you a secure link to access them.
Our Governance Expert assigned to you will provide expert advice on interpreting and acting on the results if you ordered that. That expert will also provide other support and advice requested.
