Optional Extras for Your Leadership Team Effectiveness Survey

One of our two Leadership Team Effectiveness Surveys with accompanying reports will often be sufficient to help a CEO steer meaningful and measurable change. This survey-only approach is usually carried out before a strategy day or other important leadership team gathering.

Many CEOs benefit from advice on interpreting and acting on their own reports and on debriefing the reports for other leadership team members.

Once you have selected your Leadership Team Effectiveness Survey, simply select your chosen optional extras from the list on the checkout page, and it will be added to your cart.

Gaining the perspectives of your directors who know your leadership team well will add value to the process and enrich the relevant reports.

The survey will be sent to the directors you have chosen and your leadership team members. You will typically only include directors who are regularly involved with your leadership team members. Newer directors are often excluded from the process.

Directors’ and executives’ responses will remain anonymous, as their ratings and written feedback will be merged together.

We will provide you with our complete list of 26 survey statements based on our framework for your review. If you opt for the Premium version of our survey, you can select up to 14 survey statements to include in your customised survey.

You are not restricted to the standard version we recommend. You can request changes to the wording of survey items, add your own statements, or ask us to design new ones based on specific attributes.

For enhanced flexibility and customisation, please consider selecting this optional extra when placing your order.

One of our governance experts will guide your CEO on interpreting and taking action based on their own report. Leveraging our extensive experience in debriefing numerous CEOs and effectiveness reports, our expert will conduct this session via video, typically lasting up to one hour.

CEOs frequently highlight the significant value of our expert advice. During the session, the CEO can provide crucial context and ask any number of questions. They can also request the expert’s focused attention on reports for leadership team members that may present more challenging aspects.

Some CEOs prefer we first debrief each leadership team member regarding their individual reports before the CEO’s one-on-one session with each member. If you are interested in this service, please contact us for a quote.

We or one of our partners frequently organise a Leadership Team Effectiveness Workshop, typically conducted in person over three hours. In these workshops, leadership team members are encouraged to discuss insights gleaned from their Leadership Team Effectiveness Report, outline planned actions, and express any support they may need from the organisation or their peers. These sessions are crafted to foster unity, promote a mindset of change, and deliver tangible value to the team.
