It probes personal attributes, important leadership traits, and approaches to direction, strategy, planning, and execution.

  • A comparison of the average ratings of the leadership team member with the average ratings of all leadership team members. This provides a perspective of the strengths and areas for improvement of the leadership team member relative to those of all leadership team members

A consolidated unattributed list of the written comments of others concerning the strengths and areas for improvement of each leadership team member.

Additionally, we offer a summary table that ranks each leadership team attribute based on average ratings, from highest to lowest. This helps the board and CEO gain insights into the team’s strengths and areas needing improvement.

Our Leadership Team Effectiveness Survey Process

We have two versions of our Leadership Team Effectiveness Survey as follows:

  • Our Premium Survey is our most popular and includes 14 survey items selected from the 28 survey items and framework areas

  • Our Extended Survey consists of all 28 survey items and framework areas

Both surveys utilise advanced online survey technology, allowing all leadership team members to be rated conveniently on a single, specially designed webpage. This platform enables leadership team members to assess themselves and each other effectively. Additionally, directors familiar with the leadership team can contribute their ratings, providing added insights and value for the team members.

Once the survey is complete, we generate a Leadership Team Effectiveness Report for each member of the leadership team. Typically, these reports are shared with the CEO, who will review and discuss them with each team member individually.

We or one of our partners can also offer the CEO a debriefing session on their report and assist them in preparing for their discussions with each Leadership Team Member.
