Ratings and comments made by executives are merged with those of directors to protect the anonymity of respondents in the effectiveness report. This encourages candid and constructive responses.
All survey respondents do a forced ranking of the CEO Attributes with a 1, 2 or 3 where 1 is the highest importance and 3 is the lowest importance. An equal number of 1’s, 2’s and 3’s are allocated.
The distribution of respondent ratings and the overall average rating of each is provided.
The importance of each attribute is calibrated based on the rankings and compared with the performance ratings to report the associated gap
