Survey sent to the CEO's direct reports
  • Survey also sent to chosen executives to complete.
  • Ratings and comments made by executives are merged with those of directors to protect the anonymity of respondents in the effectiveness report. This encourages candid and constructive responses.
Integration of our CEO Attribute Ranking Survey with extra reporting
  • All survey respondents do a forced ranking of the CEO Attributes with a 1, 2 or 3 where 1 is the highest importance and 3 is the lowest importance. An equal number of 1’s, 2’s and 3’s are allocated.
  • The distribution of respondent ratings and the overall average rating of each is provided.
  • The importance of each attribute is calibrated based on the rankings and compared with the performance ratings to report the associated gap
Customisation of the survey
  • You can request changes to the wording of the attributes to suit your organisation’s context.
  • You can delete one or more survey items and replace each with another one of your choosing, or reduce the number of survey items accordingly.
