Dr Susan Mravlek’s expertise in deep qualitative research enables a macro view of board processes. She earned a PhD and a Master’s studying the impact of disruptive events on organisational culture, performance and behaviours. Her decades of experience have primarily focused on boards and top teams across many sectors to improve behaviours and dynamics and help restore organisational cohesion.
Susan has conducted dozens of board reviews across an extensive range of clients, from Pepper Money, Telstra Super and Gippsland Grammar to Mission Australia, Respect Victoria and Green Collect. Susan also runs strategy and other workshops for boards, including on building tolerance for ambiguity. Susan is also a regular presenter at conferences and webinars and writes on governance, culture and negative capability.
